iQuit

Well, I've been pondering it for a while and a few weeks ago I finally gave notice. It's hard to leave, but there are better things for me out there.

I've been given the option of finishing out the week until Friday or just taking off since I've handed off all of my work. Is one week's pay worth it when there's something else waiting?

Well, when I do go, I have a very long entry I've been working on to post to this site, so watch for that in the next week.

Dood ,

I can relate, after a year in frontline, and another year in tier2, I transffered to the IS&T helpline, that lasted 3.5 years, now I work in the data center here in Sacramento. No matter how much being a button pusher on third shift is crushing my spirit, there is no way I could go back to the phones.

Best of luck

Regards

I left after being a genius for over a year and a half. It was a great company, but they really needed to pay people competitve salaries, and I was at a flagship store. I was offered a postion at 5th, but turned it down as my current job pays me a lot more ( would have taken an 8k cut!)

I will always favor Apple over PeeCee, but the Cupertino clan needs to brush up on its business model. I feel your pain- I have a friend who works in Austin still and he keeps me in the loop.
